Founding-collaboration terms

This invoice reflects a one-time founding-collaboration rate extended to Apple for the Cheesesteak pilot. Engineering and integration (standard $50,000) are waived in full, and processing is billed at cost — a 67% courtesy against standard value. This pricing is project-specific and non-recurring; it does not establish Batch's standard, list, or most-favored pricing, and does not apply to production-scale or subsequent engagements, which are quoted at standard rates.
